According to Golden Finance, Portnoy Law Firm announced its partnership with MicroStrategy (NASDAQ: MSTR; STRK； STRF initiated a class action lawsuit on behalf of investors who purchased company securities between April 30, 2024 and April 4, 2025. The lawsuit accuses the company of exaggerating the expected profitability of its Bitcoin investment strategy and underestimating the associated risks. Previously, well-known US law firms Frank R.
