Wu Shuo learned that Bit Digital (NASDAQ: BTBT) announced that it has completed its financial strategic transformation with Ethereum as its core. After completing a public offering of approximately $172 million, Bit Digital will use all proceeds to purchase ETH and sell approximately 280 bitcoins in exchange for ETH. After this transformation, its holdings increased to approximately 100603 ETH.
