Meta proposes to acquire a minority stake in venture capital firm NFDG

According to The Wall Street Journal, Meta Platforms has proposed to acquire a portion of the equity of venture capital firm NFDG, founded by its newly hired AI leaders Nat Friedman and Daniel Gross. This tender offer will allow limited partners of the fund to withdraw at the current valuation and quickly cash out. The two founders have gradually retired from NFDG behind the scenes.
