Eyenovica completes $50 million financing and reserves over 1 million HYPEs

According to Foresight News, Eyenovia announced the completion of a $50 million private equity (PIPE) financing, enabling the company to acquire 1040584.5 HYPEs at an average price of approximately $34. As part of this strategy, the company will also collaborate with ecosystem partners to launch its own network validator, which will support the activity of the Hyperliquid blockchain and lay the foundation for obtaining HYPE staking profits.
