Wu said that Zodia Custody has announced the completion of its acquisition of Tungsten Custody Solutions, a local institution in the United Arab Emirates, to strengthen its Middle East layout based on its existing license in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This acquisition will accelerate its business expansion in the UAE and continue to advance Tungsten's previous application for a full license from the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA).
