MEME LAWSUIT: Today, the Supreme Court declined to take up our First Amendment lawsuit over teacher fired in retaliation for social media postings. Justice Thomas wrote a six page concurrence showing he clearly agrees that there is something seriously wrong when a teacher is fired for posting memes at odds with the politics of public school administrators.
