ดิฉันรู้สึกเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่ได้หารือทางโทรศัพท์กับท่านเอมานูว์แอล มาครง ประธานาธิบดีฝรั่งเศส เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นถึงการสานต่อและกระชับความร่วมมือทุกมิติ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งด้านเทคโนโลยีอวกาศ กลาโหม และพลังงานสะอาด เพื่อยกระดับความสัมพันธ์ของไทย-ฝรั่งเศสไปสู่ความเป็นหุ้นส่วนทางยุทธศาสตร์ ที่ต่างยึดมั่นในคุณค่าร่วมกันในการส่งเสริมการค้าเสรีระหว่างประเทศและระเบียบโลกที่ตั้งอยู่บนกติการะหว่างประเทศ ดิฉันได้เน้นย้ำบทบาทเชิงรุกของไทยในการส่งเสริมความเป็นแกนกลางของอาเซียน รวมถึงความมุ่งมั่นของไทยในการแก้ไขปัญหาอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการหลอกลวงทางออนไลน์ ซึ่งเป็นภัยคุกคามที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อหลายประเทศทั่วโลก รวมถึงได้ย้ำความมุ่งมั่นของไทยที่จะหารือกับฝ่ายกัมพูชาเพื่อหาทางออกของปัญหาชายแดนด้วยสันติวิธีผ่านกลไกทวิภาคีที่มีอยู่ ซึ่งประธานาธิบดีมาครงแสดงความเข้าใจในท่าทีดังกล่าวของไทยและพร้อมให้การสนับสนุน ดิฉันยังได้ขอบคุณฝรั่งเศสที่สนับสนุนไทยในการเจรจาความตกลงการค้าเสรีไทย-สหภาพยุโรป และการสมัครเข้าเป็นสมาชิก OECD ของไทย ซึ่งจะก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ระยะยาวแก่ทั้งสองฝ่าย และดิฉันได้ใช้โอกาสนี้เชิญประธานาธิบดีมาครงเยือนไทยอย่างเป็นทางการในช่วงเวลาที่สองฝ่ายเห็นว่าเหมาะสม โดยประธานาธิบดีมาครงก็ได้เชิญดิฉันเยือนฝรั่งเศสเช่นกันค่ะ 🇹🇭🇫🇷 Honoured to have a telephone discussion with President @EmmanuelMacron of France to exchange views on enhancing cooperation in all dimensions, particularly on defence, space technology and clean energy, with the view to elevating our relations to a strategic partnership, where both our nations stand firm on common values on open international trade and rules-based international order I also took the opportunity to reiterate Thailand’s proactive role in supporting ASEAN centrality, as well as our efforts in combating transnational crimes, particularly online scam, which remain a pressing global challenge. I reaffirmed Thailand’s commitment to engaging in dialogue with Cambodia with a view to seeking a peaceful and mutually acceptable solution through existing bilateral mechanisms. President Macron expressed his understanding of Thailand’s position and expressed readiness to render his support. I expressed appreciation for France’s support for Thailand in the Thai-EU FTA negotiations and our accession to the OECD — initiatives that will yield long-term benefits to both sides. I also extended an invitation to President Macron to pay an official visit to Thailand at a mutually convenient time, and President Macron, in turn, extended a reciprocal invitation for me to visit France as well. 🇹🇭🇫🇷
