Bitvavo has been granted a Crypto Asset Market (MiCA) license by the Dutch Financial Markets Authority (AFM), allowing it to operate in 30 countries in the European Economic Area, becoming the second exchange to receive this license after Kraken, Coinbase, and Bybit.
