Many of you may have seen people say that using AI to generate content and publish it on social media. I have seen it in the Web2 field before, but I didn't expect Instagram to collaborate with Cygnus, the Web3 AI project. After careful consideration, I think there are two possibilities or directions: In the past, Instagram creators relied mainly on advertising and brand partnerships for monetization, with high barriers to entry. For most content creators, it was difficult to obtain content revenue. Using Web3's Cygnus is equivalent to providing a new model of 'content as revenue'. Ordinary users who can use AI tools can efficiently produce content and receive rewards through the Token incentive system. For Instagram, this can greatly increase the activity and retention of creators. Instagram is essentially a content platform that requires a lot of content filling, but the content that users shoot themselves can easily touch the ceiling of their imagination, and homogenization can be very serious. The AI content creation brought by Cygnus can enrich the platform's content supply. Simply put, Cygnus' AI creation can help Instagram fill the content gap and gain user traffic. Of course, I also think that in the future, there may be more and more AI content appearing on content platforms, which is both a test of imagination and a way to gain motivation through Web3.
