On June 27th, according to Cointelegraph, CryptoQuant data showed that long-term Bitcoin holders have net increased their holdings by 800000 BTC in the past 30 days, the highest monthly increase in history. In the previous 30 days, there have only been 6 instances of increasing holdings by over 750000 pieces, including July 2021 and September 2024, all of which were accompanied by price spikes thereafter. The holding cost for long-term holders is concentrated in the range of $95000-107000, while the average cost for short-term holders is $93000.
Bitcoin holdings are showing differentiation, with long-term holders accounting for 68% of the total circulation. Miners from the "Satoshi Nakamoto era" will only sell 150 BTC in 2025, demonstrating an extreme reluctance to sell mentality.
