Arizona, USA Passes Bitcoin Reserve Act HB2324 According to Bitcoin Laws, Arizona has passed the "Bitcoin Reserve" Act HB2324. The bill establishes a reserve fund for the confiscation of assets obtained through criminal asset confiscation. If signed by Governor Hobbs, this will be the second reserve bill passed in the state.
