Tether is available on Nobitex, Iran's largest crypto exchange (they reportedly process over 80% of all trades out of Iran per @trmlabs). Tether's management team mentioned that they comply with the OFAC list. Something may feel off on the back of the allegations a few months back, however exchanges could list a stablecoin without the issuer approval if they work with external liquidity providers.
