Volante will allow company employees to receive daily wages on the same day without waiting until the end of the month. Bertschler stated that the current salary payment method "deprives people of the right to freely dispose of money for 30 days," especially for those who rely on their salaries for a living. The platform utilizes blockchain technology to achieve seamless record keeping and verification of ledgers.
