According to cnBeta, a Rotterdam court ruled on June 16th that Apple's payment policy for dating apps on the App Store constitutes market abuse, maintaining the $58 million fine previously imposed by Dutch regulators. The court confirmed that Apple has set unfair conditions for third-party payments, and despite its previous modifications, developers are still charged up to 27% commission. Apple has stated that it will appeal the ruling.
