Lots of people claiming 2.5% was expected for the YoY and we beat expectations which is not correct, 2.4% was expected and we MATCHED expectations. But the real story today is CORE CPI which came in at 2.8% and which DID beat expectations of 2.9% and here's the bottom line, the main takeaway, INFLATION IS GONE and all talk about inflation resurfacing has proven to be complete nonsense.
