According to a report by Golden Finance, on June 10th local time, Russian Ambassador to the United States, Darchyev, stated that both Russia and the United States have made a preliminary decision to move the negotiation venue for sensitive diplomatic issues from Istanbul to the two capitals. A new round of negotiations between the two sides will be held in Moscow in the near future.
