A major event that could potentially affect the Bitcoin ecosystem has occurred in the past few days, and not many people are discussing or paying attention to it. I still remember two years ago when inscriptions were hot, the core developers of Bitcoin believed that it was a junk virus that needed to be fixed through vulnerabilities to prevent inscriptions from continuing to be generated, and some miners refused to package inscription transactions. However, yesterday, the official BitcoinCore forum sent a joint letter, based on the concept of Bitcoin's anti censorship. The core logic is that non-financial applications on the Bitcoin network (except for its own BTC transactions) should not be restricted, and packaging should not be refused. So if the core developers of Bitcoin reach a consensus and no longer intervene in inscriptions or other non BTC assets and applications that will be generated in the future, it is equivalent to a favorable policy, which will guide more people to continue exploring and innovating on the Bitcoin network, creating more new patterns similar to inscriptions, and thus creating another wave of beneficial effects. Therefore, every week, we will spend some time fixed on monitoring the Bitcoin ecosystem and continue to pay attention.
