According to Axios, stablecoin banking startup Atticus is in talks for a new round of funding, valued between $1.5 billion and $2 billion, led by Palmer Luckey, co-founder and CEO of Anduril Industries. The company was founded by Owen Rapaport and Jacob Hirschman and has not yet released its official website.
