New Fire Technology has completed the acquisition of BitTrade (the original Huobi Japan Station)

New Fire Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. (1611. HK) announced that it had completed the acquisition of BitTrade (the original Huobi Japan Station). After the acquisition is completed, BitTrade will become an indirect subsidiary of New Fire Technology, and its financial performance will be incorporated into New Fire Technology's financial statements. It is reported that Xinhuo Technology has issued consideration shares to the relevant sellers to complete the transaction.
