Cardone Capital launches 10X Miami River Bitcoin Fund, which includes $15 million worth of Bitcoin

According to Cointelegraph, real estate investment firm Cardone Capital has launched the 10X Miami River Bitcoin Fund, a dual asset fund consisting of 346 multi family residential commercial properties located along the Miami River in Florida and $15 million worth of Bitcoin. The fund will convert a portion of its monthly cash flow into Bitcoin. Cardone Capital founder and CEO Grant Cardone stated that the company's long-term goal is to accumulate $1 billion in real estate assets and $200 million in Bitcoin reserves in a hybrid fund.
