According to Cointelegraph, Telegram founder Pavel Durov will not personally attend the Oslo Freedom Forum held in Oslo, Norway. The organizer stated that Pavel Durov has been banned by a French court from personally traveling to Norway. According to the announcement from the Human Rights Foundation (HRF), Pavel Durov will still deliver his keynote speech via remote live streaming. The Human Rights Foundation (HRF) is a non-profit organization advocating for universal human rights and individual freedoms, and is also the organizer of the Oslo Freedom Forum.
