How to comment on @ StargazeZone's proposed acquisition by Cosmos Hub? Answer: Vampires, please get out of Cosmos @StargazeZone proposes a strategic acquisition by @ cososhub to migrate its core applications, NFTs, and users to Cosmos Hub. The acquisition is divided into three parts (see figure below): 1) Token migration from STARS to ATOM; 2) Stargaze front-end operating funds; 3) Stargaze team funding. Let me bluntly explain Stargaze's request in plain language: 1) Repurchase STARS with ATOM at three times the market price; 2) Pay a one-time payment of 48077 ATOM, approximately $250000, to @ StargazeZone, which is called the 'software license fee'; 3) Pay $120000 per month to @ StargazeZone team members for a total of 277000 ATOMs in severance and reemployment compensation for one year. Sure enough, Cosmos Hub's community pool is the best ATM for ecological project vampires. If the proposal is passed, Cosmos Hub will pay up to 3 million ATOMs to @ StargazeZone token holders and their core team members. I originally thought that the slave bear chain of the three surnames was invincible, but compared to @ StargazeZone, it still pales in comparison. Bear Chain still needs some face, but it only brings a loss of reputation to Cosmos. StarGaze doesn't even need a B-face anymore. Once the formal proposal is presented, can I cast a valuable negative vote in reverse? I'm not asking you, I'm begging you.
