The assumption of a world computer is not valid. Web3 will not be constructed by the world's computers. As described by G ö del, the Turing machine model architecture of computers is incomplete and can only be used as deterministic computing machine tools. No matter how hard the world computer tries to trust the code, it is still a machine that trusts the code, even if the performance of the world computer extends to infinity. It only has the ability to serve as a tool, and a simple Bitcoin network cannot be built on such high-performance computers. Because Bitcoin is not constructed using a deterministic incomplete Turing machine architecture model. Instead, it is a complex adaptive system established through asymmetric interaction of various Turing machines and peer-to-peer human-computer interaction. To solve real-world problems with cryptocurrency, we must abandon the deterministic world computer theory and switch to the theory of complex adaptive systems. The reason why blockchain technology has not been implemented is that it has been using incomplete Turing machine theory to expand efficient computing power, while ignoring the core factor of "adaptive completeness". Adaptive completeness does not come from efficient computing power within formal systems, but from the relative agreement of asymmetric interactions outside formal systems.
