🔸 The AI collaboration platform @ SaharaLabsAI has finally launched a public testing network.
🔸 Sahara raised $49 million in financing, Polychain、 Binance and Pantera lead the investment.
🔻 Today, let me introduce what Sahara AI is doing? What are the three ways to interact with Sahara Test Network?
🏜️ What is Sahara AI doing?
Currently, AI technology is monopolized by a few companies, making it difficult for individuals or communities to participate.
Sahara hopes to build an AI collaboration platform that allows more "small and medium-sized players" to participate in the construction of AI technology.
Sahara positions itself as a "one-stop shop for AI development" aimed at meeting all AI related needs:
From data collection and annotation, model training and services, to the construction, deployment, and collaboration of AI agents, and finally to crowdsourcing of AI resources and trading of AI assets.
AI assets "is a new concept introduced by Sahara, which refers to datasets, AI models, and agents provided by contributors.
Sahara has built a "permissionless copyright" framework for these AI assets: it marks the ownership of the AI assets, so that when others use the AI assets, the asset owners can receive returns.
🧵 How to interact with Sahara Test Network?
Sahara launched the SIWA testnet today, which will have four stages.
At present, it is the first stage, which requires users to upload datasets and register AI assets.
The acceptable file types are CSV/Jason/Txt, and I have chosen a relatively simple Txt document here.
Friends who use the Windows version can right-click to create a new Txt, while the Mac version is slightly more complicated. Here is a brief introduction to the method.
Command+Space "to bring up the focused search, enter Textedit, and select the text editor.
After entering some text content, click on "Format" and "Create Plain Text" at the top of the screen to complete the conversion, and then save it to the desktop.
After completing the TXT document creation, go and collect the test coins first. When registering assets, they need to be used as Gas: https://faucet.saharalabs.ai/
Then go to the homepage of the testing website: https://app.saharalabs.ai/developer-platform/main/explore
At present, the testing website only opens the "Register AI Assets" page. Click "Go" to enter the file upload page.
Complete a series of data annotations as required: name, modality (currently only text), language, and select folder (create a new one).
Then upload your TXT document before completing the first step.
After uploading, Sahara needs to register your assets on the chain and click Register to obtain an NFT.
🔸 In addition to the SIWA testnet, non developer regular users can also participate in two activities.
1/DSP
The Data Services Platform (DSP) is a data service platform that offers various types of tasks that can earn Sahara points upon completion.
For example, labeling images, text, or audio: What does this content say?
For example, providing advice on what behaviors can increase likability and what behaviors can decrease likability during a date.
For example, creating AI prompt words: write a prompt to bypass AI rules and make AI say sensitive content.
... tasks like this.
This activity is currently only open to whitelist users, but the public test will be launched shortly after the SIWA testing network, and anyone can participate at that time.

2/Sahara Legends
This is a gamified Odyssey activity that divides tasks into five categories.
Each category corresponds to an NFT, completing tasks within that category can earn fragments, and collecting enough fragments can forge NFTs.
After collecting five NFTs, you can mint an exclusive Bitsy NFT, and holding an NFT is likely to earn future rewards.
