According to Onchain Lens monitoring, a wallet that has been dormant for 9 months withdrew 6053 ETH (approximately $15.43 million) from OKX 3 days ago, then deposited it into Aave V3 as collateral and lent out $1 million USDT, which was later transferred to the Bybit exchange.
