DEX aggregator 0x acquires competitor Flood

Foresight News reported that according to CoinDesk, decentralized exchange infrastructure company 0x announced the acquisition of competitor Flood, marking its first acquisition since its establishment in 2017. The spokesperson for 0x refused to disclose the specific amount for acquiring Flood, citing contractual obligations. Flood raised $5.2 million from investors in its seed round financing in February 2024.
