YZi Labs announces investment terms for global incubation program EASY Residence

BlockBeats News: On May 13th, according to official sources, YZi Labs announced the investment terms for EASY Residence, a global incubation program aimed at Web3, AI, and other fields. The plan will invest $500000 for each selected startup; This investment is divided into two parts: 1. Purchase 5% equity (including other rights if applicable) in the form of a future equity simple agreement (SAFE) for $150000. 2. In the next round of financing after the demonstration, the startup will receive an additional $350000 in unlimited SAFE. Previously, YZi Labs announced the launch of EASY Residence, a 10 week global incubation program aimed at early-stage teams in the Web3, artificial intelligence (AI), and healthcare fields. The first phase of the project will be launched on June 2, 2025 in Silicon Valley, California, USA, with 10 to 20 selected teams receiving support and ending on August 10, 2025. The application is now open and the deadline is May 21, 2025.
