The state of New Hampshire has signed the BTC Strategic Reserve Act, which, although not comparable in buying volume to MSTR, has significantly elevated the status of BTC. Stepping out of the 10-year bull market similar to gold through ETFs has added another layer of confidence. BTC also quickly rebounded by $3000 in the early hours of the morning.
