Ita ú Unibanco, Brazil's largest private bank, announced an investment of $210 million to establish a new company called Oranje, focusing on Bitcoin strategic reserves. Oranje, led by former Swan Bitcoin CEO Guilherme Gomes, will raise funds through issuing debt and stocks, and enjoy tax and operational advantages.
