PancakeSwap: CAKE Token Economics 3.0 is scheduled to be implemented on April 23rd

PancakeSwap officially announced that CAKE Token Economics 3.0 is scheduled to be implemented starting from 0:00 UTC on April 23rd, and veCAKE and Gauge Voting will officially retire. Starting from 8:00 AM on April 23, 2025 (UTC time), all CAKE and veCAKE staking will be unlocked, and users who have directly staked CAKE through the PancakeSwap interface will be able to exchange veCAKE for CAKE at a 1:1 ratio. Users who directly pledge CAKE through the PancakeSwap interface have 6 months to redeem their pledged CAKE and veCAKE, with a deadline of 08:00 AM UTC on October 23, 2025.
