The only point I’m here to make is that scaling the L1 is good as we should do it, and a big reason why we should do it is because Ethereum is qualitatively better place to do DeFi than any other chain. Yes, it will not blanket the entire DeFi sector, due to its constraints, but it should still aspire to do more and better DeFi via scaling and other improvements
