Dr. Mehmet Oz was sworn in as administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services by HHS Sec. RFK Jr. with President Trump & his family present in the Oval Office. Senators confirmed him to head CMS earlier this month on a party line 53-45 vote.
