Binance platform WCT funding rate reaches the lower limit of -2%

According to BlockBeats, on April 16th, the WCT 4-hour funding rate on Binance platform reached the lower limit of -2%. When the funding rate is positive, long positions require payment of funding fees to short positions. When the rate is negative, short positions require payment of a capital fee to long positions.
