Semler Scientific applies to issue $500 million in securities to purchase more Bitcoin

Semler Scientific, a medical technology company listed on NASDAQ, has applied to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to issue $500 million worth of securities by submitting S-3 registration documents. This issuance will mainly be used for general corporate purposes, including but not limited to purchasing Bitcoin.
