Golden Finance reported that according to Decrypt, Sergei Potapenko and Ivan Tur õ gin, Estonian co founders of HashFlare cryptocurrency mining company, have received a notice from the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requiring them to leave the US "immediately" or face enforcement action. This directive directly conflicts with the court order requiring them to stay in King County, Washington. The two pleaded guilty in February this year, admitting to fraud through false cryptocurrency mining contracts and agreeing to confiscate approximately $400 million in assets.
