The premise is wrong in my opinion. It's a different era now, and time to move past thinking of ETH - or any solid blockchain token - as something you sell to a greater fool. It's not important that "the market thinks xyz". ETH fees, total TVL, stablecoin volume, user metrics matters. ETH price by itself doesn't matter, and I don't think trying to jedi mind trick it up will work anymore.
