Today I attended the 10th Ordinary Meeting of the African Diamonds Producers Association Council of Ministers and Committee of Experts, held in conjunction with the Sierra Leone Mining Week and Exhibition, I reaffirmed our commitment to managing our mineral resources with transparency and integrity. We will continue to implement bold reforms that will allow our communities and our nation to reap the benefits of these valuable resources. I encourage all visiting Ministers from other African countries and technical experts to engage in meaningful dialogue aimed at diversifying our approach. Together, we can position ourselves to focus on trading finished products derived from our minerals, enhancing our economic resilience, and fostering sustainable growth across the continent.
