Trump: Considered suspending tariffs in the past few days

Golden Finance reports that US President Trump: Everyone hopes to reach an agreement on tariffs. Many times, negotiations do not truly begin until the final moment. Industry specific tariffs will still come. I am going to impose tariffs on pharmaceutical companies. We have been considering suspending tariffs for the past few days. I don't know how the suspension of tariffs will have that impact.
