According to CryptoSlate, the Nigerian court has postponed the tax evasion case against Binance until April 30th to allow the tax authorities to respond to Binance's legal motion. The Federal Tax Service of Nigeria accuses Binance of owing corporate income tax and fines for 2022 and 2023, with a total claim of over 79 billion US dollars. Binance questioned the legality of the court's email delivery of legal documents, stating that its headquarters are in the Cayman Islands and there are no entities in Nepal.
