The higher this index rises, the more likely those institutions that deal in leveraged treasury bond bonds or corporate bonds will be forced to sell because of higher margin requirements, and these two markets are exactly where the Federal Reserve will fight for protection. When MOVE breaks through 140 (currently 127), it will be the opportunity for the Federal Reserve to make a fortune by releasing water after the market crash.
