The White House is about to approve the TIKTOK US deal:
1) ByteDance will retain 19.9% of the shares of the new company; 50% of TIKTOK USA's shares will be held by new American investors, including groups such as Anderson Horowitz and Blackstone
2) As part of the transaction, Oracle will protect TikTok's data in the United States:
