Previously, according to The Atlantic, senior Trump officials inadvertently added Jeffrey Goldberg, the editor in chief of The Atlantic, to a group chat discussing the highly sensitive US plan to bomb Houthi targets in Yemen. Trump refuted the report, calling it "the only minor glitch in two months and not a serious issue," and stated that Goldberg's presence in the chat "had no impact at all," and that the attacks were "very successful.
