DMG Blockchain acquires a 10 MW data center with a $5 million advance payment

According to Golden Finance, listed cryptocurrency mining company DMG Blockchain announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with an undisclosed counterparty to acquire its 10 megawatt data center to support its deployment of Gen AI strategy. It is reported that the final agreement is expected to be completed within the next 90 days. Currently, DMG Blockchain has paid a $5 million deposit, and other amounts will be paid according to the Gen AI calculation off purchase agreement in the future.
