First, the position will definitely affect judgment, there is no doubt about that, so when I talk about my own operations, I only discuss my trading mindset. Whether it’s 10 U or 100,000 U, I take every transaction seriously, but using 10 U is the best solution to reduce disputes.

Second, not holding positions overnight is mainly aimed at "my understanding of Hynix" or "my understanding of the Korean stock market." Because the trend is not clear, the current Korean market is mainly in a de-leveraging process, but it cannot be denied that Hynix and Samsung's financial reports are indeed good, and there is actually demand in the market.

So when can we consider that the de-leveraging has reached a balance point? It definitely cannot mean that there is no leverage at all, right? In today's pinned post, I talked about the leverage level in Korea; nearly half of the leverage has been reduced in a month. So does that mean that leverage could reach a balance at any time? I still don't know.

So for me, whether Hynix can continue to rise is an unknown factor, but since there are ADRs, and the ADRs have a high premium, I personally believe that the least risky option is the decline of SK in the Korean stock market, as the ADR should at least reduce its premium. Therefore, I chose to short the ADR.

Maybe the next day the fund volume or leverage will increase again, and SK might surge, then I would be on a roller coaster with my short position. This is not within my capability, so I’d rather earn less, but hope to earn a more certain amount of money.
