The ins and outs of this VIP event are not very clear, and I dare not rashly interject, plus my personal feelings cannot represent all the partners. However, I have always felt that the top exchanges are not lacking in their enthusiasm for users; after all, users are the source of our sustenance.
Of course, if there are complaints from partners, it naturally means there are things the exchange hasn't done right. When there are problems, we must make changes; solving problems is the right path. The ones who genuinely serve users should prioritize addressing users' concerns, rather than addressing the ones who raised the issues.
