New details of the 14-clause memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States
1. Immediately and permanently cease hostilities on all fronts, including Lebanon.
2. The United States commits to not interfering in Iran's internal affairs and respecting the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
3. Completely lift Iran's maritime blockade within 30 days.
4. The United States commits to withdrawing troops from around Iran.
5. Reopen the Strait of Hormuz according to Iran's arrangements within 30 days.
6. Suspend sanctions on the sale of oil, petrochemical products, and their derivatives, allowing Iran to fully access its financial gains.
7. The United States and its allies must submit a reconstruction plan for Iran valued at no less than $300 billion.
8. Negotiate within 60 days to reach a final agreement based on nuclear documents, fully eliminating U.S. primary and secondary sanctions, Security Council resolutions, and International Atomic Energy Agency board resolutions.
9. Confirm Iran's compliance with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, committing not to produce nuclear weapons.
10. During the negotiation period, the United States commits to not increasing troops in the region or imposing any new sanctions.
11. Release $24 billion of Iran's frozen funds during the final 60-day negotiation period, with half of the amount available before the start of negotiations.
12. Establish a monitoring mechanism to enforce the agreement.
13. Approve the final agreement through a Security Council resolution.
14. Final negotiations shall not begin before the release of half of the frozen funds, the suspension of oil sanctions, and the lifting of the maritime blockade.
The final agreement will focus solely on the fate of enriched materials, enrichment issues, the lifting of sanctions, and the reconstruction of Iran’s economy, while documents related to Iran’s missile program and support for the so-called "axis of resistance" are ultimately excluded from the agenda.
