Recently, I've been feeling very tired for a long time, and it seems like I can't recover from it. The heaviest burden for me is the weekly report; writing it feels like shedding skin. If I have enough time to write it over two days, it can be a bit easier, but if time is tight, I often end up cramming it all in on Wednesday morning, usually sitting down to write for over five hours straight.

Many friends might say they never read this thing because it's long and tedious, but for me, it's not just a summary of the week in the market; it's also a forecast for the market next week. I often review it to see what I misjudged or what I didn't anticipate. While it may not provide much guidance on prices, the analysis of emotions and events should still hold value.

Even though it's a weekly report, I hardly ever use content I've written within the week. Even if it's the same narrative, I try to express it more thoroughly and completely, hoping this weekly report will have reading value.

Today, I kept telling myself while sitting in the chair that I was too tired and should just give up; missing a week wouldn't matter. But I know that once I give up the first time, there will be a second, a third, and I might gradually start making excuses to give up more. In the past two or three months, I've been responding less and less, always finding excuses that there are too many AIs in the comment section, but deep down, I know these are just excuses.

I need to slowly find my rhythm back, slowly rediscover my original intention, and slowly forget the fatigue. Keep pushing forward. As of now, I haven't even touched the weekly report yet. Let's go, giving up is always the easiest option.
