[Zakura Releases Zcash Cryptographic Library Zakura Common, Mobile Proof Generation Accelerated by Over 14x] The Zcash full-node client Zakura team has released Zakura Common, a cryptographic and protocol library designed for the Zcash ecosystem. Official benchmark tests show that mobile proof generation speed has been accelerated by over 14 times (desktop by over 5 times), Sinsemilla hash speed improved by over 21 times, trial decryption speed increased by over 1.5 times, and zk-SNARK verification speed enhanced by 4 to 8 times. In many cases, the wallet transaction creation waiting time can be reduced from over 3 seconds to less than 200 milliseconds. This upgrade does not require a network update and has been open-sourced under the dual MIT/Apache 2.0 license. Zakura 1.3.0 will transition to this technology stack.
