[AI Anti-Fraud Company Socure Secures $156 Million in Funding, Led by Summit Partners]
According to Crunchbase, AI anti-fraud company Socure has announced the completion of a $156 million strategic growth funding round, bringing the company's valuation to $5.2 billion. The round was led by Summit Partners, with participation from Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs Alternatives under Goldman Sachs, DocuSign, and others. Currently, its anti-fraud services are being utilized by companies such as cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, stablecoin issuer Circle, digital bank Revolut, and Robinhood.
In addition, the company also announced the acquisition of AI startup Fravity, aiming to leverage AI agents for fraud, risk, and compliance investigations. The specific acquisition amount has not yet been disclosed.
