Really so annoying A few days ago, I deposited two transactions into Bitfinex. When it came time to withdraw, they just wouldn’t let me withdraw. After contacting customer service, they insisted I submit additional documents to prove the source of funds. Had no choice but to write a thousand-word essay. The key issue is that the address is often used for DeFi activities, and I had to explain one by one what those DeFi activities were for. The thing is, I’m using a regular IP, a regular address, and a long-term account, yet they still flagged me for risk control. So tired, no love left.
